Seniors are welcome and encouraged to participate in adult and senior programs. Program areas:
  • Aquasize and Open Swim Programs
  • Fitness Classes (Fitness for Fun, Movers and Shakers, Seated Yoga Stretch, Arthritis Foundation Exercise and Nordic Walking Programs)
  • Golf Lessons
